Take in at least half the weight of your body in ounces of water. This means that if you weigh 200 pounds, you should be consuming 100 ounces of water every day. This water intake will be essential to kick the fat loss process in gear.
 
3.In addition to flour also cut out “white” products. Avoid potato products, rice, and pasteurized milk and cheese products.
